Acceptable use policy
What you may and may not do with Clavoz.
Acceptable use policy
Draft for legal review. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
Clavoz is for running a legitimate contracting business. When you use it you
agree not to:
- Commit or support insurance fraud — for example inflating a scope for
work you will not do, altering a carrier's estimate to misrepresent it, or
presenting a Clavoz proposal as an insurer's document. - Enter information about people without the right to do so, or use it in
ways the law does not allow. - Send spam or unwanted messages through Clavoz's sharing and email
features. - Upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful, including malware.
- Try to access another company's data, other accounts, or parts of the
system you are not meant to reach; probe, scan or overload the service; or
get around limits or security. - Copy, resell or reverse-engineer Clavoz, or use it to build a competing
product. - Share your login, or let people outside your company use your account
(add them as team members instead).
If you see something that breaks this policy, tell us at hello@clavoz.com.
We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break it.

docs/ directory — fixing the guide is part of fixing the feature.
